MONROE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES will hold two Public Hearings at regular sessions of the Board on October 3, 2022 and on October 17, 2022, beginning at 6:00 p.m. each date in the Monroe Township Meeting Room, 4 East Main Street, Tipp City, Ohio, at which interested persons will be given an opportunity to state their views on the proposed regulation of Massage Establishments and their employees within the unincorporated areas of Monroe Township, Miami County, Ohio. Copies of the resolution and the regulations contained therein are available to the general public for viewing at the Monroe Township offices at 4 East Main Street, Tipp City, OH 45371 during regular office hours.

Subject to Sections 5709.73 and 5709.83 of the Ohio Revised Code, this shall serve as notice that the Monroe Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on July 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., at the Monroe Township Building, 4 East Main Street, Tipp City, Ohio 45371. The purpose of the meeting will be to meet to consider legislation for the creation of a Tax Increment Financing District in the Township, and to provide information and to hear comments regarding the same.
